After a long day on a tour this Banh Mi hit the spot! Make sure to ask for it to be made vegan as they use mayo, the staff were really accommodating.

The sauce with chili can be swapped for the base without chili, which was very nice. Especially after having some banh mi without sauce. No complains and we sat in the restaurant to enjoy it so as to not take it in the plastic bag.

A morning stall in front of the restaurant, just by the busy market. Has one simple option - banh mi, for 15k. A great deal for a breakfast, very decent bun, sour veggies and sweet mock meat and tofu.

Doesn't get much better than 15k Bahn Mi, I didn't spot any butter on the bench, so I think it is safe to say it's vegan by default.

A truly delicious bahn mi - several kinds of vegan meat, fresh herbs, pickled carrots, etc. And a truly amazing price! Not much English is spoken, but it seems like every bahn mi is made the same way, so not much communication is necessary here.
