Super good banh mi 🥰 - Edit
Stand à banh mi qui était pas loin de chez moi. Un des meilleurs banh mi que j'ai mangé à Ho Chi Minh, à part ceux essayé au festival de Banh mi d'une autre enseigne.

Using Google translate the assistants confirmed they use egg and milk. I guess the banh mi could be vegan if you leave off the mayo and possibly need to leave off the pate too but I can’t confirm this.
