Amazing food! - Edit
Found this place while visiting Chicago and had to come back before leaving. We got the Vietnamese pho but they made it vegan for us by changing to veggie stock and adding tofu. The lemongrass tofu banh mi was great! Great service and worked with us to make sure everything was vegan!
