Good vegan options - Edit
The lemongrass tofu banh mi has been a go-to sandwich for me over the several years I’ve lived in Lakeview. They used to be busier at their previous location, I really hope they can stay open.

Amazing Spring Rolls - Edit
The spring rolls here are HUGE (like mini burritos) and are extremely flavorful. The tofu inside is well-seasoned, the mushrooms are fantastic, and the noodles are well-proportioned.

Banh Mi & Co - Edit
Below is my review from 2015. I have since eaten at this place numerous times over the years and stopped by again today and still feel the same. Only downside is I didn't have Veganaise with me today...the sandwich is good without it, but really, I believe it's a must to have vegan mayo on this sandwich,

Surprisingly, pretty darn amazing! I am a vegan and had never had a good banh mi sandwich before this place. Every place I had gone to for banh mi served dry, boring vegan sandwiches and I sort of gave up on the whole bit. On a whim I decided to give Banh Mi a shot, and holy Jesus was I impressed! I ordered the veggie spring rolls and the vegan banh mi sandwich - I LOVED the sandwich and really liked the spring rolls. Further to my point on my sandwich, I came prepared this time with my own vegan mayonnaise in hand (to use in place of the non vegan mayonnaise, and to combat dry sandwiches); the sandwich was so good it didn't even need the vegan mayo. I will be eating here regularly going forward! So good!
