Tasty Food - Edit
3* feels a little harsh, but then 4* felt too generous. The food itself was fantastic, and really tasty. The staff were really friendly and polite.
Read moreI just felt the prices were a little high for the small portion sizes, and whilst the staff were friendly, service was really slow.
Also, judging from their menu that states it is 40% vegan, I am struggling to see how.
I would recommend though and I would try something different next time, but it wouldn’t take long to get through all the options in my opinion.

Decent enough food - Edit
The time I went the food was decent enough. Think I need to go back to try some more but plenty of vegan options and great service

Tasty - Edit
This was a bit of a whim visit but well worth it for some tasty food. Standout dishes have to be both of the mains. Think my wife realised she’s been missing out on pad thai for too many years! I really enjoyed the blackened noodles (missing vegan bites unfortunately but the restaurant did compensate me with a small bill discount).
Read morePrice is… ok but starting to get pricey for what it is. When you happen to know the wholesalers the skewers come from and the price, feels on the expensive side. But I guess part of that is down to general inflation these days here in the UK.
Staff were friendly. Didnt really have a need to test their knowledge of vegan as the menu is quite clear and self explanatory.

Delicious! - Edit
First time trying Banana tree and we weren’t disappointed.
Read moreWe had the Malaysian Kajang satay, blackened monk noodles, coconut kari curry.
Everything was tasty and the service was good.
Slightly on the pricy side, but it is central Birmingham!
Pros: Variety of dishes
Cons: Slightly expensive

Very tasty food - Edit
First time visiting here and it won’t be the last. Very tasty food all round! I had the tofu laksa soup starter and we got the vegan satay sharer starter. And for the main I had the blackened monks noodles which were divine! Highly recommend

Delicious food! - Edit
Lots of vegan options, so tasty I would definitely recommend coming here. Vegan ‘prawn’ crackers was a nice touch too!
