Lovely and peaceful place. - Edit
Cool spot with yoga and the cafe. Food is delicious. But the price for the smoothie bowl is just too much. 12€ for a relatively small bowl is not what I expected for such price. The cake that they have saved the day for me. The cheesecakes are really fantastic, we had two different kinds and both were wonderful.

Read moreI love when all ingredients in a bowl are separately prepared / marinated / spiced.
It’s so much more flavorful and enjoyable than a ton of raw veg with a sauce.
Also all the veggies were fresh and crisp, the (good) bread freshly roasted. Yum!
It was filling too and totally reasonably priced with 8,50€!
I have had way more expensive bowls at other places, which have been worse.
Although filled up pretty good, I had a “russischen Zupfkuchen”-cake as dessert, which was also better than expected. Super-light and fluffy filling, not as starchy as many vegan “cheesecake”-fillings are.
The ambience is very comfy, too.
A wide space with many plants and the staff was super-friendly!

Read moreThey seemed annoyed by the fact that we ordered food (?!) and we felt not very welcomed. Normally I wouldn’t rate a restaurant/ cafe that low but we really felt like we did something wrong ordering there. Not very nice!
The matcha was watery and the crumbs of matcha swam in our drink ( they didn’t give us a spoon). The other things we ordered have been ok, but nothing special.
Only nice thing have been the flowers and plants around the place playing with the modern architecture.
But to be honest: you can find that in other places as well and they have mostly nice staff and a better menu.

Very calm place with lots of amazing vegan food - Edit
This café is within a yoga studio and accordingly, very peaceful, full of plants. Unfortunately, they have run our of golden mylk when I arrived in the afternoon, so I went for a plant-mylk latte. It was nice. I sat alone at a big table and a lady joined me with whom we started chatting. I think this place is a magnet for open-minded people who just love to connect. I really enjoyed the experience. Anytime I come back to Frankfurt, Balance Deli is on the top of my "to do" list.

Had the sweet potato curry soup and a cappuccino with Oatly milk and all of the food was delicious! The staff speak both German and English, as is the menu (they were really patient with my horrible German speaking skills). The restaurant is inside a yoga center and the setting is very peaceful and is a cute place for photo ops.

Balance deli serves very great food and the atmosphere there is amazing! The smoothie bowls are not only delicious, but aesthetically pleasing as well. Very nice selection of fresh food. I will definitely come back!

Balance Deli Frankfurt - Edit
I went there after lunch for a golden milk and cake and both were very good. It wasn't very full and the waitress was friendly and helped me to choose a cake, they have various options and all looked very tasty. It's pretty central and the interior is nice, bright and fits to the yoga studio.

Came here for breakfast on a Sunday and it was difficult to find a place to sit. You had to take off your shoes but only around 50% of people did, which defeated the purpose.

The golden mylk was alright, I've had better. The smoothie bowl was amazing but was more peanut butter than chocolate. The smoothie was nice but it had no mango at all, seemed like we got a banana one. Avocado toast was alright but nothing special.

Cons: Staff got our order wrong, Not many places to sit and no tables outside

Hidden gem in Frankfurt. What a mindful and tranquil place! Outstanding interior and the carrot cake is to die for! Wonderfully moist and so flavorful! Everything they offer is vegan and I can’t wait to try other treats. We will definitely be back soon.
