Making the world a better place, one pair of moccasins at a time! - Edit
BabyMocs is located near the bustling square Nytorget on Södermalm. I wandered in as I was in search of a present for my friend's daughter. The shop is stylish and filled with beautiful children's shoes, clothing and accessories such as sunglasses. It feels expensive but is moderately priced and everything is vegan! The owner told me about the story behind the business which started as a way to fund an app which helps homeless people find micro jobs. I was very taken by this altruistic idea and the owner's enthusiasm and interest in her customers. She told me that most people can't believe that the shoes aren't made of leather and that the beanies are 100 % cotton. I tell all my friends with kids about BabyMocs!
