A little off centre which means it is not super crowded. A number of clearly identified vegan options. I had the vegan club which was loaded with leeks, mushrooms and eggplant. Fabulous! And the roasted potatoes were really tasty too!

Lovely spot with a wine window!:-) - Edit
Loved the decor & air conditioning inside( it’s August!:-). The Vegan sandwich is very tasty- the combination of pesto & beets is a yes!- & the potatoes are perfectly roasted. Also check the hours on google maps, it was opened when it was showing “closed” on Happy Cow.

Normally I wouldn’t order Ribollita, but after a cooking class in Florence, I decided to. I wasn’t disappointed. So flavorful. There were a handful of other vegan options that looked good too.
