Super Restaurant mit entspannter Atmosphäre - Edit
Wir waren zum Frühstück an einem Samstag Morgen dort und fanden es echt super. Zusätzlich zum Innenraum und vor dem Restaurant, gibt es noch einen Hinterhof außen, der mit Sonnensegeln behängt ist und sehr gemütlich ist. Wir hatten beide das herzhafte Frühstück, was sehr reichhaltig und lecker war. Die Bedienung war super freundlich, wir kommen gerne wieder.

The desserts look amazing and there were multiple on offer. I had the chocolate strawberry cake, which was my favorite - chocolate cake with thick chocolate frosting😄The strawberry cake seemed like it was a cheesecake, but the filling was an odd texture and didn't really taste like cheesecake. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is really cute. There are a couple of seats outside on the street.

They had some great, clearly home made cakes and croissants. The chocolate cake was great, full of frosting and flavor, not too sweet. The strawberry cake had an interesting, cheesecake like, texture and was nice but not as amazing. Both were big pieces. The cafe is a cozy space with some outdoor seating. I am interested to go back to also try some of the savory offerings.

Essen war dann aber schnell da. Wir hatten kakao und baba kaffee und das große Frühstück plus schokocroissant.
Es sah wunderschön aus und war sehr lecker. Gibt kein Vurst-Aufschnitt dazu, aber so mondarella camembert(?) und viel Obst. War wirklich gut und lecker.
Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder zum pierogi essen, da haben wir auch richtig bock drauf! 🤩

Hidden gem - Edit
Never heard of this place before but it is a hidden gem. We reserved a table via Instagram (luckily) as the placed is usually super packed. We sat there on a Wednesday morning and loads of people had to get turned around as it was too busy. The staff was extraordinary friendly. Really sweet male waiter and top notch recommendations. We share the big breakfast and had a Baba coffee each. Amazing experience. Would go again.

Read moreThe owners (a couple?) are lovely and the food is absolutely delicious! You can get polish vegan dishes here, not many, but very good ones! The homemade Pieroggi were super-good as well as the vegan fish plate with homemade goods.
The cakes were divine too.
An awesome and very special spot, very comfy too, my favorite in Leipzig!

nice ‘Vish-Brötchen’ - Edit
Nice little shop with a lovely ambience. We tried the ‘Vish-Brötchen’ and a few desserts. Unfortunately, the menu was very limited during our visit due to a festival. The other dishes all sounded very appealing and are not to be found everywhere in vegan. The ‘Vish-Brötchen’ was very tasty, but unfortunately a little oily. But we liked the flavour and texture. The desserts were also both very tasty, the cake being our favourite.

Vielleicht mein allerliebstes Café in Leipzig. Allein die Besitzer und Mitarbeiterinnen sind total lieb, aufmerksam und gastfreundlich. Das Essen überrascht mich jedes Mal aufs neue mit seiner Abwechslung und tollen geschmacklichen Abstimmung. Hier gibt es neben den besten veganen Pierogi immer wieder neue Getränke und kulinarische Highlights zu entdecken.

Wir haben das kleine herzhafte Frühstück bestellt, das garnicht so klein war. Besonders gut war zudem das Himbeer-Schokoladen-Hörnchen, das eine perfekte Balance zwischen süß und fruchtig bot. Der Zitronen-Cookie-Kuchen war ebenfalls mega!

On top the place is really cool and the staff was super friendly. Definitely recommend going there, apparently they also do good coffee and even other stuff

This 18-seater cafe is a home away from home. Like entering a living room of good friends. Food is great, vibe is amazing and even the 80’s pop in the background is oddly fitting. Everything fits. Hope you fit in too when you visit.

This is a very unique cafe with delicious food. The pierogi and vegan fish plate were both really delicious. The vegan fish plate was bread with spreads and vegan “fish” made from marinated vegetables. There were many distinct flavors to the toppings and spreads. You can tell the recipes behind the dishes were carefully crafted.

Only con is that the menu is somewhat small. But the great food makes up for it.

Unbedingt lohnenswert - Edit
Ein Kleinod in Leipzig, geführt von einer sehr herzlichen, aufmerksamen Polin, die traditionelle Gerichte vegan anbietet. Sehr kleine, aber feine Karte, die sich immer wieder ändert. Piroggen gibt es immer. Von außen unscheinbar, innen individuell und kreativ eingerichtet, mit Kunsthandwerk. Wir gehen dort sicher regelmäßig hin.
