A veggie bar inside of a panaderia, yummy lentil burger!

Aura Gastro Experiencias is a small bar inside of Panaderia Sukram, so don't confuse the two -- Aura has a veggie menu, and the Panaderia (bakery) does not. The friendly staff at Aura made me a delicious lentil burger. It's enormous and only costs $59 pesos; that's just under $3 USD. For another $45 pesos, they add the fresh agua del dia (this day it was watermelon) and chips. I did not need another meal for the rest of the day. You'll need to specify if you want it to be vegan; the default is that it comes with cheese.
