Vegan concept store & restaurant-cafe est. 2017. Serves American/Cali inspired foods from 11am-10pm with burgers, toasts and seasonal bowls. Classic BLT cheeseburger w/ Beyond meat, "ultimate selfish" burger with Gardein, housemade mac'n'cheese, quesadillas and nachos. On the weekends there is brunch until 6pm. The coffee shop offers granola bowls, pancakes, latte drinks, juices, and gluten-free pastries. In the store you will find clothing, accessories, books, natural beauty products, and select groceries for sale. Seats 70 indoor + outdoor. Phone reservations taken. Open Mon 11:00-19:00, Tue-Sun 11:00-22:30.

Great food, best restaurant I've tried in Paris! We had Breakfast Pancakes, the Pepper Cali Burger and Ceviche Mango. Portion sizes of the burger and the pancakes was large! We wouldn't have needed the entrée. The Pink Latte was also very tasty. In the back you're able to buy vegan groceries.

Le layer cake à la fraise c'est un peu comme une boîte de chocolat tu vois... chaque bouchée te surprend.
Vous avez pas attendu mon avis pour y aller et vous aviez bien raison!
Hâte de tester le resto.

Fantastic vegan grocery store, and restaurant - Edit
This was an absolute gem. We could see it from our rental and it did not disappoint. Fantastic lunch, and great supplies to stock the rental with. I even got an hour on patch for my travel jacket, that made me super happy. Can’t wait to get back to Paris to visit this establishment, highly recommended. Au revoir.

A store with clothing, healthcare, books, food... a treasure trove. We perused the items before buying two vegan cheeses to take away for later. We decided to eat in the cafe section also. We had the mac n cheese with sweet chicky, satay tofu and fish & peas & shrimpz. The portions are so generous and we loved every bite. The staff were lovely and friendly, and so helpful. The whole vibe was great. Would definitely return on our next visit to Paris.

We went to Aujourd'hui Demain on the night we arrived in Paris and it was such a great way to start the trip. Everyone on the staff was so kind. We dropped in on a busy night without reservations but they were able to fit us in without a wait. The food and sweets were delicious and the vegan boutique had great unique items.

My husband had the Green Smoothie (Jus de pomme bio, concombre, épinards, gingembre, citron) and I had the Red Smoothie (Jus de pomme bio, betterave, fruits rouges, menthe) as we were feeling in need of a boost. To start I ordered a dish with leeks and no tuna. It was really tasty and fresh! My husband had a yogurt dish with pitta bread which he really enjoyed. MyFor our mains, we had the Classic Cheddar Burger and the Fish & Peas and Shrimpz. Both were delightful and by the time we had finished we were too full for desserts! The restaurant is part of a vegan shop that sells lots of interesting and essential items. A great place.

Bien que j’avais réservé 1 semaine à l’avance, ils nous ont mis sur une grand table, donc littéralement collés à des inconnus à gauche comme à droite. Pas très intime pour célébrer un anniversaire de rencontre..
Et comme le restaurant est toujours plein, il a été très difficile de changer de table (nous sommes allés dehors mais nous avons pris la pluie, impossible de rentrer à l’intérieur vu le monde..)
Je trouve ça vraiment dommage, à force de vouloir recevoir un maximum de personnes, on empiète grandement sur la qualité de l’experience, très déçue à ce niveau là.

Chorizo Mac and cheese, potatoes and sour cream, garlic bread, caprese salad, chocolate banana bread. The banana bread was too dense and dry but everything else was really good! The market is wonderful. They have clothes, food, and other vegan things. Unfortunately we arrived 30 min too early for our reservation and they wouldn’t take us early so we had to wait outside on the curb for 30 minutes 🥲 Also, I couldn’t get the bathroom door unlocked and panicked bc I thought I trapped myself in there.. so be careful of that 😅

Buzzing little cafe with amazing dinner options. Had a cali burger and inhaled it - it was delicious. Staff are friendly and helpful, with me speaking terrible French and understanding less, they were incredibly kind about it. Should have booked as we couldn’t just pop in and get a seat, but they offered us takeout and it was ready quickly!

Whether for brunch at the weekend, breakfast or cake: Aujourdhui Demain delivers first-class food in every respect. The absolute highlight is the Toast Benedict, where I was stunned at how a dish can turn out so genius. However, this is only available at weekends and you should always reserve anyway because demand is high.

Best vegan dessert in Paris! - Edit
I went there to support a vegan business but ended up discovering the best vegan dessert in Paris. I had Caesar salad for lunch - which was amazing (they added artichokes and olives) but the dessert was the absolute star - rhubarb and raspberry framboise.

This little place was so nice we ended up eating there twice. The quesadilla was a highlight! And their cakes! Wow - their tiramisu may be the best I’ve had since becoming vegan. The staff are also so friendly! Would recommend booking as it can get very busy
