Great lunch buffet! - Edit
I have visited the lunch buffet two times, and both times loved it! In my understanding, the buffet always has a vegan option. The first time it was bell peppers stuffed with Härkis and vegan feta cheese, and the other time tofu curry. The vegan selection in the buffet was also otherwise good: fried mushrooms, green salads, beans, falafels, gochujang tofu... Even the potato salad was vegan!😍🌱

Lovely afternoon tea! - Edit
They have afternoon tea with a vegan option, check the available time slots on their website. Afternoon tea is only available with a reservation, which has to be done on the day before you're planning to go at latest. The vegan version was lovely!
