Great Pizza! - Edit
Assaje has a little vegan menu with a variety of different pizzas to choose from. Their vegan cheese (one is lentil cheese one is cashew cheese) was so good!! I really enjoyed it and it was so flavorful. Their dough was also super tasty. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because there are no vegan appetizers or sides to choose from.

The menu has at least 5 well marked vegan options for pizza. I ordered the pesto with vegan mortadella and it was very nice and giant size (€15 €2 coperto) the service was great and pizza was ready in about 5 minutes!

Vegan Pistachio and Mortadella Pizza! - Edit
I didn’t expect to come to Milan and to be able to find a vegan pistachio, mozzarella and mortadella pizza but alas Assaje delivered! They have a full menu of vegan pizza which is just amazing and the one I tried was delicious! The only thing that would’ve made it so much better would to have the option of more vegan sides too.

Pizza with vegan cheese, mortadella and pistachos - Edit
They have only two vegan options but the vegan pizza is just outstanding and very few pizzas from other restaurants are as good as this one. The vegan cheese and mortadela substitutes are of good quality and the pistacho topping make it even more traditional style. A pizza to recommend without a doubt.

Okay so I know it’s not a vegan restaurant, but this pizza was far far better than a lot of the stuff I have gotten at the vegan restaurants of Milan. They have two vegan pizzas (Margherita and Pistaccio Mortadella) of which I got the latter. SO DANG GOOD, even my Italian non vegan friend thought it was very convincing. I found this place on Instagram reels and I’m so glad that I went. The service was amazing and they brought us free mini limoncello bottles afterwards (and my waiter very kindly made sure to steer me away from the dairy one).

Hanno sempre nel menù la margherita vegana e quella mortadella e pistacchio vegana, ma a volte ne fanno anche altre che restano per brevi periodi. L'impasto è molto buono e la pizza è molto farcita. Consigliato!
