Get there early - Edit
Came here a couple of times during my trip. There was a line out the door before the store opens so you’ll want to get there early. Everything was delicious, especially the danish. There was a different assortment of baked good the two stops I went. I wish I would have bought their jams

I got the pistachio pastry so good I highly recommend. Come early I got there at 9 and got the last pistachio pastry. Best to bring cash if you have it otherwise a card will work

Fabulous sourdough bread and top notch pastries. Do note that pastries are all plant based and therefore some contain honey. We had the raisin buns, pain au chocolat, almond toast and the pistachio pastry. I think the pistachio was my favourite. Go early as they can sell out by 10 or 11am during the busy season.

Wonderful bakery - Edit
We enjoyed everything and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The country sourdough loaf was fabulous, got it twice and made amazing sandwiches with it. Their most popular is the pistachio roll, definitely our favorite as well.

Great pastries and sourdough. We stopped in a few times on our trip. If you go early they have some fancier pastries. Later in the day options were more limited but they do replenish some in the afternoon. Highly recommend trying the baked goods!

Chocolate Babka - Edit
Went to this bakery twice on our stay on Bonaire. The first time we went a little late in the morning so the options were slim but still decent. Second time we went a little earlier and had lots more to choose from. Had the chocolate babka and pistachio roll or croissant (can’t remember name). Definitely should check it out vegan or not!

The bakery is fully plant based with the best vegan chocolate croissants and almond croissants! Highly recommended the sourdough as well.
