Fantastic California Dishes - Edit
I've always really enjoyed coming to Aqui after checking out their other locations in the South Bay. They have a pretty decent plant-based menu with items that can be made vegan, which gives someone like me a lot of choices to pick from.
Read moreFor lunch, I ordered their Cauliflower Bowl and subbed out the dairy for a mango dressing that was vegan. I also ordered a side of their black bean dip which was a standout at the other location. The staff were so friendly and took the time to look through their official allergen menu to make sure my meal was fully plant-based.
The cauliflower dish was an excellent decision. Crispy veggies over a bed of cilantro rice with beans, pico, avocado, etc. made this a wonderful lunchtime meal. My black bean dip also proved to hold up and I enjoyed it with their tortilla chips.
I also really appreciate how affordable pricing is here compared to the rest of the South Bay. My bowl was less than $15 and the side dip was $8, and with everything being sharable, I left like I had gotten a great deal.
Venue wise, this shop is probably my favorite of the locations I've frequented. Lots of open seating, beautiful decor, and a clean restaurant make this a great spot to dine in or out.

Update -had the Thai Peanut Organic Tofu. It was real delicious and satisfying. Would eat this again.
Read moreWent here on a Saturday night and the place was buzzing. Loved the energy! It is open seating and self service. Vegan options are clearly marked which is always a plus. We had the taco combo and arepas and I found both dishes to be flavorful, unique and very well presented. The margaritas were pretty good too! I found that the food was reasonably priced... 2 drinks + chips + 2 entrees was less than $50. Would definately go here again. The only con is that the vegan options are few. They could easily veganize the vegetarian options.
Update - Aqui changed their menu. I did try their new Vegan Organic Tofu Fajita. It was flavorful and would get it again.. but was just difficult to eat the tortillas the way it was served. Would have been better for them to serve the tortillas separately.

They have lots of vegetarian and vegan options. Make sure to tell them to make it vegan style, this way they will no add the dairy. I had the Cuban burrito which was fantastic! The salsa bar is great, it was so fresh!

Fast, fresh, organic vegan food! I had the Plantain Chile Verde Bowl w no aioli to make it vegan. Really yummy. I’d love to try their other vegan options next time I’m in that area.

Aquí has menu that lists all of their menu items (you can access it on their website or a separate menu at the restaurant). It has a decent number of items, and I really like the Yucatan Organic Tofu. Their vegan selection used to not be as good a year or two ago, but it's much better now and the dishes are very flavorful. They also have a salsa bar which is nice.
Read moreAquí is known for their industrial strength swirls and margaritas, so it's a great place to go to hang out with friends and have a few drinks and food. My main complaint is that it's always really hard to find a table (self seating) and it's really loud (the inside is all echo-y hard surfaces).
It's in a nice location in Downtown Campbell, near other stores and bars. Parking is usually not difficult to find because there's a public free parking garage right next to it.
Pros: good food, social gatherings, salsa bar
