This all vegan place is really nice. The food used to be fabulous and now is just good. It's pretty expensive and there's less options than there used to be but I'd still recommend it if you're in ESF

As a Texan (and vegan) who’s always craving Mexican food, I was so happy to find this little gem in the heart of Edinburgh! I had the refried bean tostadas, which hit the spot. Friendly staff and outdoor seating available, which was well appreciated on this rare warm and sunny afternoon. There are also other street food vendors in the same space, so plenty of choices to suit everyone.

Great menu with a range or tacos and other dishes. Three tacos for £11 is is decent too. The food has great flavours, and I ordered a margarita from the neighbouring bar - perfect combo.

Popped to the street market area at the Omni. Ordered at the counter (didn’t now the tables all had qr codes and an app). Was met by a friendly face and ordered the combo of 3 tacos. My order arrived to my chosen table bey quickly (despite it being really busy). My tacos were delicious and filling. Was a really easy and overall great experience. Would recommend.

The flavors are a bit lacking, and the cheese isn't super tasty. The texture of the tacos al pastor was more like a chorizo.

I've been meaning to try this place out for a while and finally did. And I was impressed. I had the quesidillas and they were very good. I would have got another if they were a bit quicker to prepare. First one took about 15 min, which for 'Street food' is a little long. I'd go back.

We went twice in our 3 day trip to Edinburgh once for dinner and once for lunch. We tried a range of dishes and they were all lovely but the sweetcorn was amazing.

Will dream about the quesabirria tacos - Edit
We started off getting the quesabirria tacos and a mix of three other tacos. The three other tacos were very well-flavored with nice sauces and well-cooked seitan/tofu. However, the quesabirria tacos were the best tacos I have ever had in my life. Since we were still hungry, we ordered another round of them, along with a side of potatoes with pickled onions and vegan feta (also very good, but nothing could beat the quesabirria). I will dream about these tacos.

It’s hard to disagree with the last review regarding price. I’m not saying expensive but Edinburgh is becoming unsustainable as a place to eat.
Read moreTofu tacos were tasty and priced at £7.50 for four bites. The potatoes were good as well at a fiver.
It’s worth a visit and if you want to chill with friends and have a couple of beers it’s a good option. It would be hard to justify visiting frequently (but this can be said for most places in Edinburgh).
Dropped in again. Spicy!

Had the banana blossom tacos and they were ok, the fried banana blossom was tasty but my (very small!!!) portion seemed to have a ludicrous amount of coriander leaves on, something which I don’t like a lot of. I felt it needed to be spicier as well. Really dislike giving a vegan place a low score but I don’t feel like for the cost of the meal I should still be hungry afterwards. Luckily there was a dessert place next to it that had a vegan option!
