Great art cafe: A Hidden Gem with Outstanding Atmosphere and Delicious Food - Edit
Ananda Tree House Café is a delightful escape that combines a relaxing atmosphere with a unique dining experience. The café’s ambiance is absolutely outstanding—peaceful, charming, and beautifully integrated with nature. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a meal in a serene setting.
I ordered the Ananda Meal, which was good, but I found it to be a little too plain and not as creative as I’d hoped. That said, the rest of the food was truly delicious and showcased the care and quality the café puts into its offerings. The flavors were fresh and vibrant, and the presentation was lovely.
Another highlight was the opportunity to shop while I was there—I picked up some gorgeous Kashmiri items, which added an extra touch of magic to my visit.
Overall, Ananda Tree House Café is an absolute must-visit for its enchanting atmosphere, great food, and unique shopping experience. I will definitely return on my next trip!
Pros: Buckwheat pancakes , Pumpkin soup, Nettle cake
Cons: Ananda meal combines plain rice with cooked veggie

Grounding and great - Edit
Really liked it here and visited several times. They’re conscious about healthy choices and want to make you happy, have a sustainability shop and a sweet dog named Puna 🥰
Read moreI had the Ananda thali which came with brown rice (FINALLY! God, there’s much refined rice in Nepal…) and a glorious spinach soup along with some other veggie dishes. I also tried the pumpkin soup and miso soup, both which were nice, and the Himalayan flower tea which was AMAZING. Loved the little weaved tea strainer too (see picture). My only complaint was I wish they’d had sugar free desserts. Other than that it was all good - a truly genuine place with a calm, grounding and cosy atmosphere that everyone should visit and support. It’s obvious they make the food from scratch and put care into it. Recommend!

Great Ambiance - Edit
What a cute place with a nice earthy ambiance and a great variety of dishes. Stuff are very friendly and knowledgeable of vegan options. Tried their Veg Thali and it was super tasty, along with their apple, beetroot, and carrot juice.
