Ho sempre amato questa schiacciateria fiorentina e il voto alto lo merita perché negli anni, pur con le dovute frecciate toscane (ma fanno parte del folklore toscano)che ti fanno sentire un pò "diverso", hanno aggiunto delle buone opzioni vegetariane e vegane. Peccato che da posto locale, nel tempo, sia diventato un acchiappa turisti.. da fiorentina questo è un colpo al cuore

Une option vegan : aubergine, tomates séchées, houmous et courgettes. Il n'y aucun respect des règles d'hygiène pour éviter notamment les contaminations croisées. Même planche à découper, mêmes gants, mêmes outils ustensiles, non nettoyés entre chaque sandwich.

Vegan Foccacia - Edit
I was really looking forward to having vegan foccacia as I had heard good things about this place, however, it didn't really hit the spot. They have 1 vegan filling option (eggplant, zucchini and sundried tomatoes) and I didn't like it that much. It was also really salty. I think it would be better with a better range of vegan options.

Great vegan option - Edit
One of my favourite focaccia sandwiches in Florence. The potato cream and spicy eggplant combo was delicious! There's only the one option but I found this a lot better than subtracting cheese from other vegetarian sandwiches in Florence.

The vegan option was delicious - Edit
You don’t find the vegan focaccia on the regular menu so you have to ask for it. There was a leaflet indicating the vegan option which was not visible at first but staff was very friendly and helpful. I even asked for a slight change and it was not a problem.

This place was packed - we had to join a queue but it was well worth the wait. The vegan option was delicious. The focaccia was perfect and it was stuffed full of sun-dried tomatoes and spicy aubergines. The staff are super efficient. It was huge too-perfect lunch!
