The hype is real - MUST TRY - Edit
I ordered the banh mi and matcha cheesecake and wowwww. The TVP was so “meaty” I literally did a double take, amazing texture and flavor. I asked for spicy mayo and they actually delivered! I was so pleased it was legitimately spicy.
Read moreThe matcha cheesecake tasted like a creamy matcha latte. Super rich, intensely green, with that grassy bitterness, this dessert was strictly for real matcha lovers.
What I really love is that they don’t hold back on flavor. So many places tone everything down and end up bland or overly sweet to please a general palette, but not here. Everything was bold, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. This was some of the best vegan food I’ve ever had. I can't wait to go back.

Read moreThe staff is very friendly, and I had the runaway potatoes today, which have a good amount of spiciness and are really delicious. This location is a bit smaller, and you can't reserve, but when we came there was a free table, and others cleared up around 15 minutes after we arrived.

I went here with my friend who isn’t vegan and we both loved our meals. He got the mac n cheese and I ordered the laksa. I didn’t try his dish but he said he was really impressed, and mine was so flavorful and delicious. I also love the decor and artwork in the restaurant. Our server was Nash, and he was great. Can’t wait to go back!

New location, some different delicious food - Edit
The Oak Park Alice and Friends is not quite the same as the others. Most of the menu is the same but they have different permanent menu dishes that the other locations do not have and they are delicious. Staff is super friendly as usual.

This is in the former Munch location. Cozy little restaurant with outstanding vegan gluten-free food. Many allergens are called out on the menu. Friendly service. We will be back!

Great Vegan restaurant in Oak Park - Edit
Tried the dumplings, rainbow roll, noble burger and mashed potatoes. All were delicious especially the dumplings and mashed potatoes!! My husband got Graces Teriyaki and really liked it.

There's a large menu of Asian fusion dishes which are all delicious, the desserts are amazing. They have specials also. The price is very reasonable for the portion size and quality.
