Alchimia Vegetale è un piccolo spazio curato e accogliente. I piatti sono sazianti e ricercati. Ho trovato interessante anche l’offerta di bevande analcoliche.

Un menù fisdo in continuo aggiornamento con la stagionalità ricercato e gustoso. Peccato per le lunghe attese di prenotazione (il posto è supercute e intimo come una casetta), ma merita veramente.

Restaurant run by one man from his Tuscan farmhouse. Served a set menu of fantastic European food with vegan wines and cocktails. Chef Dan was incredibly friendly and helpful. Wonderful experience.

I can't recommend Alchimia Vegetale enough! Vegan high dining that is affordable and delicious. You'll need a car to get there, but it's worth it and the surroundings are beautiful. Danilo is super friendly and clearly a true believer in the cause.

Squisito ristorante in un casolare in campagna - Edit
Cinque portate da leccarsi i baffi preparate con cura e amore, da gustare in un ambiente che ti farà sentire super coccolato dallo chef, bravissimo a gestire da solo tutti i tavoli e le preparazioni. Il menù cambia ogni due settimane e segue la stagionalità delle verdure, che sono colte freschissime dall'orto del ristorante o da un orto lì vicino. Mangiare cibo così speciale in una location così verde e curata è veramente un'esperienza da fare. Ci tornerò sicuramente per gustare altre prelibatezze.

Cena di San Valentino. Oltre l’edificio in sé che è stupendo, dentro é stato arredato con cura e gusto, in più la struttura è immersa nel verde. I due proprietari davvero gentili e ospitali. Le portate davvero buonissime. Insomma una cena perfetta!

I really love this place. It’s really near Florence (14 km, you can arrive by bus and there is a free pick up service by the chef 😍), in the magic atmosphere of the Tuscany wood.
