Good for lunch

They have a big menu to choose from- western and Thai food. It’s more on the pricey side. We had a hummus quesadilla (very good) & vegballs pesto panini (excellent). We had a cashew peanut butter cookie (ok) & chocolate oat cookie (bad). Overall good experience but would avoid the cookies

SO good

Wanted to visit this place because of the good reviews and it did not disappoint. I went for breakfast and had an iced latte which was very good. I also had a vegan feta sandwich, while it didn’t taste like feta, it gave me the vegan cheese taste I really needed. Loved it so, so much! And so many options. It’s a bit far out so not very busy, but worth going out of your way for.

Amazing!

Cute little place with variety of great options including Western and Thai cuisine. It was hard to choose what to get.

We ended up having a burger with chips, beast wrap, 2 smoothies with coffee and 2 cakes. Caramel cheesecake was amazing! Nice change from the local dishes. Also more pricey than some other places.

Pros: Great variety of foods, Good desserts

Cons: Pricey

Who knew black bean tempeh was a thing?!

This restaurant seemed more out of the way than the other restaurants we visited in Old Town but it was worth the walk.

I ordered the black bean tempeh Buddha Bowl and really loved it. It was fresh and hearty and filling and hit the spot.

It's definitely worth hitting up when In Chiang Mai.

Pros: Black bean tempeh novel to me, Lots of great choices

زاكي 🇵🇸🇹🇭زاكي 🇵🇸🌏

The menu's extensive and 🇵🇸🗝️ fantastic-looking. My experience with this vegan eatery - located south of the Old Town - relates solely to its ⚖️🇵🇸 lovely cake selection and drinks. My current 🇵🇸🇹🇭 favourite was the Carrot Cake, until I tried some of the other baked (and subsequently decorated) items, including the 🌴🕌Coconut Caramel Cake and the 👩🏽‍🍼🗝️Chocolate Fudge Cake, the latter distinct from the "Decadent" Chocolate Cake. Now I'm not so sure what's my #1. The portion size of these is 🌏🇵🇸 big, so to avoid the reprehensible trait of food waste, I wouldn't suggest ordering these with a main meal. Wear your Palestine football jersey and Keffiyeh to this great place!

Pros: زاكي 🇵🇸🇹🇭زاكي 🇵🇸 🌏 Delicious Food Menu, Different Payment Methods. 🇵🇸🇹🇭 No Thieving !, 2 minutes from the Old Town زاكي 🇵🇸🇹🇭زاكي 🇵🇸

Happily surprised!

Sooo we ordered on Grab from here before (a custom wrap, that was also panini’d) and we were quite meh about it.

Howeverrrr, damn the food we ate and drinks we drank today (in the restaurant) were sooo good!! We ordered: (and also other things we liked)
- vegan burger (w/mashed potatoes)
- tempeh burger (with chickpea tempeh today)
- pumpkin hype smoothie (no ice/no sugar)
- pappy smoothie (no ice/no sugar)
- coconut caramel cheesecake
- carrotcake

Can’t wait to eat here again when we’re craving some western comfort food!

What we didn’t like
- hummus and pesto on toast (most taste came from saltiness, and it’s made with thai basil)

Good churros

I ordered in churros from this place, which were really good! It came with two dips - Chocolate and Caramel. Both really good but the caramel was insanely good. I ordered the cinnamon sugar churros - I don't don't think they are always available but if you do get a chance, order it! Also, they gave me 6pcs instead of 4😄which were huge and good enough to share.

Good, healthy food!

Expensive compared to regular Thai restaurants, but totally worth it!

I had the tempeh wrap, which was royally stuffed with fresh goodies. Had a piece of pandan cake for dessert, which was not overly sweet and had a subtle pandan taste. Like!

Small restaurant with plenty of space. People kept coming in and everyone found a spot.

Staff is very sweet.

So many tempting things here! The hummus and mushrooms on toast was great, and a big portion. My husband had a buddha bowl but his highlight was the chocolate cake!

EVERYTHING MENU

Ahhh amazing restaurant has everything on the menu. We had amazing falafel pita, but wanted to order everything. Atmosphere could have been better, but the menu makes up for it:)

Pros: Food, Menu, Options

Cons: Atmosphere

Disappointing

Not sure why this is one of the top rated restaurants in the city. Given that it’s on the pricey side (by CM standards) I would expect better flavors. The service is nice but inattentive. Hard to get their attention. After the main I was served the coffee and cake separately and on neither occasion did the servers take my dirty plates off the table…

Best western food in Chiangmai

Make it a point to visit Alchemy Vegan every time we visit Chiangmai. The food is fantastic, highly recommend their sandwiches and wraps. Toasted to perfection and filled with creamy beans and veggies

Really nice wraps and sandwiches

We had this as a Grab and the food was really nice! Black tempeh wrap was great and the vegan pesto vegballs sandwich was so good as well! The chocolate chip cookie was very tasty!

It was ok

Small and modest restaurant with a good selection of products. Good food with slightly above average prices.
Friendly staff and fast service. I wouldn't come here on purpose but if you're passing through it's worth a visit.

Pros: Bruschetta was very good

Cons: Location

Too salty and too expensive

It was difficult to find somewhere that was open after 9pm, which is the main reason I came here. I got the two vegan cheese Greek quesadilla and a slice of chocolate cake. The quesadilla was small and incredibly salty. The chocolate cake slice was large but a bit on the dry side. Food quality was okay overall but definitely didn’t justify the high price. I wouldn’t bother eating here again.

Pros: Open late, All vegan, including vegan cheese, Varied menu

Cons: Salty!, Expensive, Small portions

Very good vegan café

If you're looking for a western vegan café, this one is worth a visit for sure.
It's a bit pricey, but the sandwiches are top quality. As good as we would get in a canadian café downtown.
We tried the pesto panini and the Greek pita. They were both large and tasty.
Recommended 🙂

Love the food

My favorite is the Broccoli bowl with a side of the Frisky Green drink and the carrot cake for dessert. My top choice of vegan restaurants in Chiang Mai.
