Great choice of food - Edit
This is a stylish restaurant, with a large interesting menu. The food was tasty and we enjoyed a good selection of dishes. The only negative for us was the staff pushing us to make choices. It is a large menu and takes time to read through fully. However the waitress came back every few minutes making us feel uncomfortable and rushed. It is very dark and we had to shine phone torches on the menu to be able to read it. We really enjoyed the food though.

Es gibt eine riesengroße und vielfältige Auswahl, die es einem wirklich nicht leicht macht sich zu entscheiden. Das Essen schmeckt suuuper gut. Die Portionen haben eine normale Größe, aber sind recht teuer. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis könnte besser sein. Die Location ist sehr schön und gemütlich.

Ich liebe das Tapas Konzept - Edit
Wir waren zu Besuch in München und haben direkt dort einen Tisch reserviert. Das Essen war super lecker, die Auswahl auf der Platte sehr passend und die selbstgemachten Limos auch. Das einzige ist das Licht, man saß im dunkel Lila. Hat am Geschmack aber nichts verschlechtert. Würden gern wieder kommen.

Wir waren zum Lunch im Akimy, und es war wunderbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Musik gechillt, das Interieur stilvoll und das Essen super lecker. Wir hatten ein Sushi Set, die vegane Ente mit Erdnuss Soße, die gebratenen Udon Nudeln und die Nudel Bowl. Alles perfekt und bei dieser Qualität zu angemessenen Preis. Dazu die Tom Yam Suppe um zwei Euro. Ein kleines Schälchen, aber authentisch und cremig.

Wunderschöne Einrichtung (schaut bei den Toiletten vorbei), das Essen ist echt richtig lecker. Vor allem dachte ich zuerst man wird nicht satt, war aber sehr sättigend. Probiert auf jeden Fall die Suppe, die man zum Gericht dazu bestellen kann!

Read moreThe restaurant is definitely on the higher end of the price range, however portions are quite generous as well and – most importantly – very tasty. Especially the chicken in mango sauce (from the “sauce explosions” part of the menu) is highly recommended!

Die Auswahl ist riesig, sowohl an sushi als auch an vielen anderem. Zudem gibt es viele kreative Gerichte die man so nicht kennt, bspw. Tacos mit "Thunfisch" Füllung oder spannende Sushi Kreationen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und das Personal super freundlich.

I don’t usually do reviews, but the food here was amazing. I just landed here because apparently many places are closed on Mondays in Munich, and this was the only vegan place in my area, so I didn’t read anything about it, so didn’t know what to expect…. One of the tastiest meal I had in many years. Will return for the next two days I’m in Munich to try other dishes!

Read moreAs I love sweet corn, I had the tempura corn with mayo as starter. The flavours were delicious with perfect crisp. As for the main dish, I was surprised that this was served in halv a pineapple! 🍍 The dish was a mix of mushrooms and various vegetables in a seasoned Hawaii-sauce and rice. Lovely dish with a lot of taste. I would love to try out the rest of the menu, so I definitely recommend coming here!

Akimy is a lovely and colourful restaurant! The setting is quite vivid and comfortable. It's a lot of fun to dine here - even the menu is colourful!

The Vietnamese coffee in particular here was superb. Probably the highlight for me honestly, even though the food was spectacular.
Highly recommend! A touch on the pricey side to say great value, but it is reasonable all things considered.

A delicious vegan dinner at Akimy - Edit
Had dinner at Akimy last Thursday with the Green World crew, and it was such a great experience! I tried a mix of Vietnamese tapas and the vegan duck with udon — everything was super tasty and full of flavor. The place has this gorgeous, super Instagrammable vibe, and the staff were really kind and welcoming. Can’t wait to go back — definitely a spot I’ll be recommending to friends!
