Excellent and Hearty Paella - Edit
Nice meal at Aioli Bodega Espanola. Really enjoyed both dishes I had. The salad was exceptionally fresh and very well done. Olives, spinach, tomatoes, onions - all very fresh. The Paella was complex and cooked to perfection. Many fresh vegetables. Be sure to specify that you want it vegan because I think otherwise it has butter but the menu is pretty clearly marked with what can be made vegan. Highly recommend both dishes. Great spot.

The vegetarian paella is vegan! - Edit
I called in advance to ask if the vegetarian paella was accidentally vegan and to my surprise, they said it’s intentionally vegan! (Not sure why they don’t label it as such…) Also, the aioli from the bread and aioli appetizer is vegan (bean-based). Both the paella and the bread/aioli were really good. There was a mushroom paella but it had cheese unfortunately. There might have been more vegan options but they’re not clearly marked…at least the staff was knowledgeable when asked though.
