Convenient vegan snacks and well-stocked fridges - Edit
We visited twice and tried the hotdogs, coxinhas, and a burger. The food looked nothing like the images on the menu but tasted ok. The store is conveniently located less than 10mins walk from the beach and I'd recommend this as a place just for a light bite.

We really wanted to like this place after having excellent (and friendly) vegan meals at Teva and Spazziano the two days prior on our trip to Rio. Sadly, the food was mediocre, the double melt was tasteless, the service pretty meh (we ordered, they weren't busy, there were three staff members and by the time our food came, we were the only customers in the place) - our food came after about 20 minutes but no cutlery and no drinks (lemonade). I mentioned the drinks, he said coming, I started to mention no cutlery (I got the non-hand food parmigiana dish) but he walked away too quickly, I walked up to counter so I could get a fork before my food got cold and was handed cutlery. Suggestion to owner that he take a trip to Australia (Lord of the Fries) or the US (Veggie Grill) to see how a vegan fast food burger should taste.

This cute little restaurant was a quick stop after a long trip. It filled us just enough and everything we tried was delicious. Staff were lovely and tried hard to communicate with our low Portuguese level.

Don't expect high quality food or a gourmet lunch there, it's a fast food joint. The menu is interesting with veganised traditional brazilian recipes, as well as burgers, and tasty desserts too! Limited seating available, friendly staff. They also sell a few grocery items (all vegan) including a vegatella to die for 🤤

The vegan steak was well done but the sides are a bit bland in the sense that they could use more flavor or spices. The cheddar for the cheese fries was more like a mayo and the rice could've used some veggies or spices. It's a nice little place though with lots of vegan things to buy to take away.

I had a very nice lunch there, got a melted cheese sandwich, shiitake balls with a delicious mayonnaise. You can buy most of the food in fresh or frozen form and you'll find a large tasty selection of what Brasil has to offer in terms of vegan substitutes.

This fully vegan spot in Ipanema is a real life saver when there is nothing else available and everything I have had there is really yummy as well. The burgers feel like fast food but for those of us who are vegan for the animals there is nothing wrong with that and sometimes a hearty burger covered in melted vegan cheese really hits the spot. They also have a nice range of quick savory options like coxinhas and pastéis. I have never had a typical meat based coxinha but my Brazilian husband says the vegan ones at this place are very similar to the original ones. They also have great desserts! It is a little expensive by Rio standards but it is very difficult to find fully vegan places here and I would rather support a fully vegan business than pay a little less to get something so so at an omnivore restaurant.

Maybe it’s me, but I just did not enjoy this meal at all. I started with some type of empanada thing, like a cornmeal samosa or something. It tasted and felt undercooked in the center and the flavor was just not that good. I then went with a stew of sausage and black beans on brown rice with greens. Meh. The sausage was spongey/mushy and the whole thing lacked any wow. It was a plate of beans and rice with mushy seitan sausage. Both these things were recommended to me. Sorry, great location, love the vegan vibe, but I just didn’t like this meal.
