i enjoyed it the two times i’ve been here, service was fast and employee was nice. sandwiches are great, i highly recommend the BEC and i added avocado. the bacon was one of the best vegan bacons i have ever had. would definitely come back a third time!

Best Bite in NYC - Edit
It's rare when you can surprise me. Especially when it comes to breakfast foods. But this yolk tofu thing they use for their BEC is amazing. Nothing else like it. And the bread choice was perfect. Crispy and soft and oily roll. Just perfection and can't wait to go back to try more of their menu.

My partner says this reminds him of Foodswings from back in the day. We had sandwiches to go and they were both excellent: H.E.C. (yuba, tofu, yolk sauce on roll) and M.L.T. (hot tuna melt). I love what they are doing with yuba. The deli case items we tried were also excellent and fresh. Cauliflower salad is seasoned amazingly... Cold macaroni salad was classic and bean salad was a great add on for extra fiber and protein! Boom!!!!

We enjoyed a sandwich with seitan pastrami called "P.E.C", a Cobb salad, and the P.T.Y., which is a Beyond patty, cheese and grilled onions on rye *with* a dipping sauce.

The BEC is, without question, my favorite breakfast sandwich of all time, and it’s not even close. It is a goddam masterpiece. I’ve been eating at ATM since pre pandemic when they were at Kinfolk and Smorgasburg and years later I still can’t get enough. Tons of other great stuff on the menu, other current favs are the VEG, HEC (with yuba ham), and the Cobb salad. I want nothing more than for this business to succeed so I can keep eating here. All hail.

The bacon, egg, and cheese on a roll is quintessential New York, and thanks to A.T.M. Vegan Deli, one that I now get to experience. And it’s even better than the original. AVD’s BEC needs to be studied. The tofu over easy and cheddar yolk sauce on a roll is creative and brilliant and a bite with the maple wood smoked mushroom is golden. Hands down, one of the best bites of the year. The BEC is just the jumping-off point to a menu that offers delicious vegan versions of classics like the Reuben and chopped cheese, allowing vegans a chance not to miss out.

Is it as cheap as a non-vegan BEC? Nope. But when I factor in the quality and labor , it’s a steal. Quite honestly the BEC at ATM is the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever tasted. Also love the chopped cheese and the club and the Cobb salad. Basically can’t really go wrong at ATM.
