Best vegan pizza ever - Edit
Best vegan pizza I ever ate! Gnudi was also absolutely amazing. Great people and the chef came to speak to us to tell about their proces with making the vegan cheese en dough, she told this with a lot of passion. If we ever come back to Mallorca, we'll come back for sure. You all should visit this place! Very cosy restaurant also.

Great vegan pizza with homemade cheese! - Edit
I've really enjoyed the food here. I tried the vegan Veggitella with vegan mortadella, also with homemade almond burrata on top and that was amazing. Also the pizza-dough is well-made and very digestible. The service is not super fast but made with care. Dogs are welcomed and the owner offers a dog-biscuit to them. All the vegan cheeses are homemade (mozzarella, burrata and scamorza) and they taste far better than the ones you can buy at stores. I've also tried the Vesuvio chocolate cake as dessert which had a warm heart and it was coverd by hazelnut and chocolate spread. It was delicious and you couldn't tell it was vegan!Staff is friendly. I definitely recommend to come here when in Palma.

Grab, bite, love, repeat - Edit
A GoGò produces their own almond cheeses in order to cater us vegans, which I find impressive - and they taste amazing. I had the Maya salad, a supplì with lentil bolognaise and the Veggiedella pizza with plant based mortadella. Everything was impeccable, which is no surprise to me, as this is their second location. I like that they use high protein flour for their pizza dough and that they let it ferment for an average of 30 hours. This makes the dough more easily digestible. Additionally, they stretch it very thinly, which adds to avoiding unpleasant heaviness. But no worries, you’ll be satiated nonetheless, as they aren’t sparing with the toppings. The waitress was very sweet and professional.
