    Instructions

    Cook pasta and set aside.
    Chop onion, garlic, tomatoes, bell pepper, and basil.
    Saute onion in medium sauce pan. Add garlic. Then add tomatoes & bell pepper.
    Add salt and basil, and let simmer for 10 minutes.
    Add tomato paste, and simmer for 5 more minutes.
    Blend sauce (or leave chunky as is).
    Pour sauce over pasta, and serve.

    Ingredients

    1 package quinoa pasta
    1/2 white onion
    2 cloves garlic
    pinch of sea salt
    2 tomatoes
    1 handful fresh basil
    1 orange/red bell pepper
    1 teaspoon tomato paste
