    Instructions

    Blend all ingredients together into a food processor until smooth. Garnish with cilantro and zaatar (optional).
    Serve and enjoy!

    Ingredients

    2 cans low sodium garbanzo beans (drained)
    4 tablespoon tahini
    4 tablespoon aquafaba (the water from the garbanzo beans)
    3-4 tablespoon lemon
    2-3 cloves garlic
    1/8 teaspoon cayenne
    1/2 teaspoon cumin
    Cilantro, for garnish
    Zaatar, for garnish
