We are a small brunch pub in Rockford, Illinois. We do have animal products on the menu, but we source from local farms whenever possible. Our eggs are cage-free. Our produce is largely organic. Our bread is made in-house using grains from farmers who use regenerative farming practices. We forage food seasonally, and we make our own vinegars & kombucha. We source kelp products as they help to remove carbon monoxide from oceans. Many of our alcoholic beverages, teas, & coffees are organic as well. We're doing what we can to make responsible decisions for our staff & community.
