On Dec. 17, 2008, Chef Stiles suffered a massive stroke. Ten years later, Chef Stiles earned his Masters' Degree from St. Louis University (SLU) with a MS in Nutrition & Dietetics & Emphasis in Food Innovation, Capstone on “The Healing Power of a Whole Foods, Plant-Based Diet for reducing diseases.” graduating, December 2018. Then, I started chef pure foods with my wife to make plant-based jerky, chips and shreds; local and natural ingredients- don’t use chemical ingredients, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.
