Bahamian born and raised in the North East of England. Son of the first ever BBC master chef winner (back in 1990) so know good food when I eat it 🙏🏻😊 Love to travel and am currently into my second year of an open ended trip around Europe (and further afield) "Simple food done well" is my favourite thing. Appreciate people who not only prepare and serve good food, but also care about the environment in which it is served.
