My wife and I are 'Flexitarian', in that we do not regularly eat red meat or poultry...just a few times a year--but do eat fish and lots of vegetarian cuisine. When traveling we try to find one upscale Vegan restaurant in each city and one 'fast food' vegetarian place: so we can 'eat healthy'! We use this website to find those places and Do appreciate it!
