I decided to go (mostly) raw vegan when I began a detox program (all fruit) to rid myself of uterine fibroids. I’m very early on this journey but was able to get off allergy medicine in 8 days eating just organic fruit, slept like a champ and overall had more vitality. I’m grateful for the journey and looking forward to healing my body and making lots of new friends in the same lifestyle.
