As a visual artist, creation has always been the common thread of my inner journey, and my curious gourmandise led me to share recipes and menus at the guesthouse I ran for over 10 years in New Caledonia. During my many travels, I was able to attend local cooking classes, visit the markets, smell the spices, and savor new ingredients. Upon my return, I created some rather successful improvisations. I love inventive, intuitive cuisine, but also beautiful recipes from more gourmet chefs :) I also follow a spiritual path that allows me to cook in the Love of the moment while chanting mantras. This allows me to remain conscious and offer awakened cuisine, full of beautiful energies that vibrate under the taste buds.
