The challenging world of having quite severe IBS and being vegan. While I love to support vegan and vegetarian restaurants around the world (mostly in Vancouver and Thailand- my two homes) I am particularly partial to those that offer low-fodmap options as well. In 20 years this will likely be more common, just like gluten-free is now.
