I’m a 55 year old woman who is into fitness and I have worked around my injuries to my back that I had 3 accidents at work. Long story short. I had 3 posterior and 1 anterior spinal fusion with left foot drop due to L 5 permanent nerve damage . It was a long dark road but I over came numerous of obstacles and give thank to my parents who have been with thru my journey and I’m walking again. It’s been one year ( Aug) that I have a nerve stimulator implant . I’m a story with no ending ❤️. I’m a daughter of US Army Veteran , I’m a mom who have a son that is a police officer and I’m a mom that was taught by a great chef.. my mom . I love to cook and utilize everything and not waste what I use when it comes to fruits and vegetables. Either it goes into my body or in the earth soils . I’m old school willing to learn new school . I’m a fighter and I do what ever it takes to stay motivated . I live in Ct. but I travel a lot to see my fiancé who lives in NY.
