My partner & I become vegan after watching, “What The Health”. On November 1, 2023 we joined the Daniel Fast, and kept with it ‘cause it was the right thing to do for us. It’s been an exciting & often challenging ride, as we explore a new way of life, cooking & eating. Happy Cow allows us to go *out* to eat — something we’ve loved doing!
