Chonky queer vegan of 19 years. Married to another vegan thank goodness, we started this journey together! Have 2 rescue cats both geriatric now so little old ladies that like to sleep a lot. I work in NHS crisis mental health which is very challenging but worthwhile. Love to travel and find vegan cuisine wherever we are in the world though often end up with olive oil vinegar salads, dry bread, fries and if really lucky, beans, for the entire holiday ha though things are steadily improving! Trying to be a better vegan that is not too angry as I do get frustrated when someone is plant based but say they are vegan, it’s just not the same and it’s quite damaging to the cause, though kindness and teaching is the best way to manage this. I’m only human though ha!! I really like Earthling Ed as he is teaching me to be a better vegan! I am what a fat vegan looks like, we can’t all be thin, slim or slender even with my healthy vegan diet and running but, I won’t starve myself to fit in, so I’ve become a body positive ambassador and cherish people for who they are not for what size or shape they are.
