Kitchen is a passion for me! Experimenting/creating new recipes in my kitchen is my day to day joy. Learning about culinary culture is my great interest. With my family (my son & my husband) we travel a lot, almost just to discover good cafés and good vegan places/food which allows me to learn and get better in the kitchen. I have Turkish roots but living in Montreal. Created Atelier Racines Mtl to make people taste authentic, delicious, healthy and plant based food. I organize supper clubs, bake sourdough brioches and sourdough breads (this one is only for the family yet:).
