Hi, I'm 53 and trying Vegan. My son has been a vegan for a couple of years and decided I'm going to change my way of thinking, especially with food. It will be hard, but I'm willing to change my attitude towards food. I have four cats and foster cats/kittens, so it's never too late to try something different and save the animals from cruelty.
