Gentle Gourmet Institute - Domaine de Brocfontaine is our plant-based cooking school, a 400-year Normandy farm property located in Brosville, is nestled in the beautiful Iton Valley. A lovely tree-lined brook crosses the edge of our 3 acres and a large vegetable garden producing hundred of varieties of fruits, herbs and vegetables will delight anyone interested in food and cuisine. We are 1 hour and 10 minutes from Paris, 35 minutes from Rouen.
