My husband and I have been vegan for the past 5 years. We live in the stunning mountains of the Algarve very close to the town of Monchique with our 3 cats Ella, Softness and Missy. We enjoy cooking, gardening and soaking up the wonderful views from the house in the glorious climate of the Algarve.
