I work for whole foods market, and although our family is not vegan, or even entirely vegetarian, we constantly strive to move in those directions. There are times when we will do a raw fruit/vegetable fast for a period of time, or make an effort to buy animal sensitive products when given the choice. But unfortunately, we travel and move our family of 6 an awful lot, and that makes it very difficult to adhere to absolute schedules and convictions. Never-the-less, we always look for wholesome alternative foods wherever our path in life leads us, which is why we are so grateful to those that have developed and support this wonderful website! - WE LOVE IT!
