For me following a vegan philosophy is rooted in love and wish to respect our creation… ᥫ᭡ it’s a way to deepen spirituality, awareness so I try to approach this topic with as much love as possible, respecting everyone's beliefs, feelings, emotions and rights. I was a strict vegan; however, at times love, care, and respect have led me to be flexible in very specific situations such as feeding babies, observe like environmental fumigation measures on the island to protect families with infants, or accepting a gift given with affection. I haven’t eaten any kind of meat in years.
