I have been to this restaurant already so so many times and I have never seen something like this from the owner (which is a very nice guy as all the people working there) I have seen people pay 5-20 euros and never seen him angry at anybody. However I am sorry that you had a bad experience in that restaurant, because I think it is one of the most amazing restaurants in Vienna and it's sad that that destroyed your impression of the restaurant.
