Dear Scott, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience at Kong didn’t live up to your expectations. The staff has been informed and we will try to do a better job next time. Regarding your comments about tips, we would like to clarify that our policy is to never ask for tips let alone pressure in any way our clients to leave tips. We do have an option on our TPAs if someone wants to tip. One of the reasons we introduced this option is that some clients wanted to leave a tip when paying with card but were unsure whether this money would go to the bussiness or to staff. In this way we feel it’s more clear. We are sorry that you felt pressured to tip as this is definitely not the intention. We would like to ask you if you felt that because there was that option or because the staff pressured you in any other way. This feedback would be important for us to improve future customer experience. Thank you.
