Weβre sure you also shared some of your feedback directly with our team in the dining room, which we always appreciate. π Our goal has never been a Michelin star β it has always been to create a different kind of plant-based cuisine, showing the biodiversity of vegetables, following the seasons, and working with local farmers. π₯¦ππ₯ Many other reviews actually highlight the opposite of your impression β that our food is tasty, interesting, and fairly priced.
