We’re known for our warm, attentive service and bold, flavour-driven food, so it’s disappointing to hear that this wasn’t consistently reflected throughout your evening. It’s clear that the tone of the experience was impacted by the handling of your table timing, and we’re sorry that this left you feeling rushed or unheard — that is never how we want our guests to feel. While we do operate on timed seatings during peak hours, this should always be communicated with care and professionalism, and we’ve passed your feedback on to ensure that expectation is upheld across the board. Your comments regarding the food have also been noted and shared with Chef Nathan and his team, who are committed to delivering consistency across every service.
