Hi, thank you for your feedback and for visiting us! We’re glad you enjoyed the taste of the wrap. Just to clarify about the tipping option: we don’t require tips at all, and there’s certainly no shame if you choose not to. The option is there simply because all of our food is made fully in-house, for example, the seitan in the wrap you had is made from scratch here, along with the pesto. Our kitchen staff receives tips (when given), so yes, there’s service. Also, we are 100 vegan. Not vegetarian.
