Dear Sarasisio, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. I was one of the five team members working that day, and I personally had the pleasure of answering your questions about the origin, quality, and preparation of the food we serve. Since you showed such a genuine interest, I would love to take this opportunity to clarify a few things. As I mentioned to you during your visit, even if something isn’t written exactly on our menu, we always do our best to adapt to special requests, intolerances, or preferences, our goal is always to make each guest feel taken care of. I’m truly sorry if this wasn’t how you felt that day. Regarding the cheesecake: when you asked whether it was still frozen, we answered honestly. We offered you the option to take one home instead, but I understand that wasn’t what you wanted. My colleague then worked hard to prepare a slice for you despite the difficulty of cutting it while frozen. While you waited, we served you a drink along with a slice of apple cake so you wouldn’t be empty-handed in the meantime. We are very proud of our chai tea, which is one of our most appreciated drinks. That said, we understand it may not be to everyone’s taste, and we would have gladly offered you another drink if we had known you weren’t enjoying it. Our policy is always to try to adjust until we find something that makes our guests happy. Finally, regarding organic products: I personally mentioned to you that many of our drinks and several of our ingredients are organic (bio). I’m sorry if this didn’t come across clearly—perhaps we missed the chance to communicate it in the way you expected. We truly value your curiosity and the time you took to ask questions.
